Crossarm Drilling & Painting
UWVA has developed it's own semi-automated crossarm drilling machine which enables us to be able to manufacture all the different styles/types of hardwood crossarms required by the power utilities companies.
UWVA also have the ability to trim/cut over-length crossarms to ensure correct hole spacing once drilled, giving utilities operators re-assurance & ease of assembly when replacing crossarms in the field. We also have the ability to paint crossarms as required by the utility companies using an approved process & paint.
FENZ Operational Items
UWVA produce a range of vehicle operational items which are based around vehicle safety for FENZ which could also be applied to other emergency response entities as well as civil or agricultural contractors.
We produce & supply individual items such as step chocks, wedges (large & small) & cribbing blocks (large & small) or can supply complete kits.
Kits: Pump Response kit, Full PRT kit.

UWVA compilment their range of wooden products already listed with a range of utility company based items to assist operators in their day to day duties such as jointers stools, cable clamps of various sizes & dust cover componentry for Magnefix units.
